Because of COVID-19, we are adjusting and finding new ways
of loving, praising, worshipping, and serving our Heavenly Father.
This is a continuing evening Bible Study which will allow ample
time for us to:
· Discuss significant current events and how we, as
Christians, should process and respond.
· Understand what the Bible says about giving, family
relations, loving the un-Godly, etc.
· Explore various aspects of being a Christian such as
faith, belief, humility, and salvation.
· Do in-depth study of books of the Bible over a period of
weeks
Through candid discussions, we will share our testimonies, so we all can
grow from our experiences IN the world while building barriers so that we do
not become a part OF the world. As always, we will learn more, build each other
up, love on each other and laugh a lot because laughter is medicine for the
SOUL! (Proverbs 17:22). Please join us as we study and grow in God’s word.

to help men grow in Spiritual maturity and develop a better understanding
of what it means to be a Christian man and what God expects of us as Christian
men. We will have open discussions on what we perceive to be our roles as men,
husbands, fathers, boyfriends and members of God’s church. We then compare
these discussions to what the Bible describe as our roles and work towards
changing ourselves to fix the Bible’s description of our roles.

Bob Mumford is a dynamic Bible teacher with a unique and
powerful gift for imparting the word of God. Thousands of Christians worldwide
have attributed their spiritual growth and determination to follow Jesus Christ
to his prophetic teaching, helping them understand Father God, and His Kingdom.
This book captures the essence of Romans chapter 5, and in a
very understandable way explains just how tribulation works to help us grow. As
we face each trial in our life, we are faced with the choice of the following: Will
I believe God, or will I believe what I see or think I see? This book brings out clear spiritual revelation on the significance of
our going through the cycle of temptation and what God is after. It brings the
Holy Spirit into the equation in a very significant way, bringing light to
Romans 8:26-28.

Colossians is one of the Epistles Paul wrote during his
imprisonment in Rome around A.D. 60 – 62. Other Epistles he wrote during his
imprisonment are Ephesians, Philippians, and Philemon. To understand the
letter, it is important to relate it to its historical setting. Paul wrote the
letter to deal with a doctrinal heresy that was creeping into the Colossian
Church. While the doctrinal heresy is not stated explicitly in the letter, it
can be deduced through inferences from Paul’s responses. During our study of this Epistle, we will discover what the
doctrinal heresy was at the Colossian church. Paul refutes these false
doctrines by pointing to Christ. Of course, all along Jesus had been the focus
of Paul’s preaching. However, in Colossians, Paul reiterates this central
theme: the Supremacy of Christ. He asserts that it was because Jesus is divine
that His death reconciles Believers to their Creator (Ref. Col. 1: 15 – 17). He
asserts in Colossians that Believers are complete in Christ. Join us in our study as we discover the doctrinal heresy
that invaded the Colossian Church, how Paul refuted them, what he teaches in
asserting the supremacy of Christ, and what it means for Believers to be
complete in Christ. During our study, we will also examine the similarities and
differences between Colossians and Ephesians.
