Reward & Recognition Program

Turner Chapel AME Leadership Commission is ECSTATIC to launch the new TCC Leadership Rewards & Recognition Program.  Join us in recognizing members and leaders who align with TCC's core values with the monthly TCC SPOT AWARD and quarterly TCC AWARD of EXCELLENCE! To Quality for the award, nominations must be submitted to Rewards@TurnerChapelAME.org by December 15, 2021. Don't delay in nominating a deserving TCC member and/or leader!

Award of Excellence

This award is given in recognition of leaders who are aligned with the TCC Core Values and contribute to the successful completion of a major initiative.

• Recommendation process: Purpose head or leadership makes the recommendation, - vetted by the Rewards and Recognition Team and - approved by Pastor and/or Rev. Don
• The discretion of recognizing the award recipients are made by Pastor and/or Rev. Don via the following:
• Recognition in front of church congregation and Official Board
• Announcement in Monthly E-blast
• Letter sent to the spouse of the recipient
• Certificate + Monetary award, 4 individuals per quarter at $150.00 each
• 2021 Launch date for award: December 2021 (4th quarter)
• Recommendations must be submitted by or before December 15, 2021
• Recommendations for this award are to be submitted to Rewards@turnerchapelame.org.
• Full implementation of Award of Excellence set for 2022

TCC AWARD OF EXCELLENCE NOMINATION FORM

Spot Award

This is a rapid recognition award for an individual whose efforts align with the TCC Core Values. Recommendation of an award to a TCC leader and non-leader can come from anyone that is a member of TCC. Recommendations are submitted via the Leadership Rewards and Recognition email address, Rewards@turnerchapelame.org.

• Spot award process: TCC member submits recommendation via Leadership Rewards and Recognition email - vetted by the Rewards and Recognition Team - approved by Pastor and/or Rev. Don - award distributed to recipient
• $25 visa gift card + recognition at Official Board meeting, 5 individuals per month
• 2021 Launch date for award: September 2021 (1st month), October 2021 (2nd), November 2021 (3rd month), etc.
• Full implementation of Spot awards for 2022
• 5 individuals per month (15 individuals per quarter) @ $25 each 
• Cutoff date for Spot Award recognition, 15th of each month
• Recommendations submitted after the 15th will be applied to the next month’s consideration pool
