Soul Talk is a bible study community for young professionals maturing spiritually with like-minded God seekers.  Join us every other Thursday as we dive into the book Sacred Rest by Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith.  Participants will begin understanding why it is imperative to care for themselves holistically and to fully rest in seven different ways as they continually connect with God's plan for their lives.
