Care and Counseling
is built upon a strong foundation: a union
of two established counseling programs formerly
known as the Georgia Association for Pastoral
Care and The Verdery Center for Pastoral Care
and Counseling of the Georgia Baptist Healthcare
System. These programs have a combined
history of over 90 years in the field of Pastoral
Counseling and Care; a rich history that secures
its mission "to provide healing, wholeness,
and hope to educate others for this service.
